How do I get a quote/estimate?
Do you include material cost in your estimates?
Yes, the cost of materials for the project is included in each estimate.
What if I already purchased materials?
Our preference is to source and include materials for the project. This helps to keep the project on schedule, and ensures that the correct materials are on hand. However, we can provide labor only estimates for select smaller jobs.
Will my project require a building permit?
This depends on the project and municipality. Not every project will require a building permit. Some of our services that will likely require a building permit include: new decks, window replacements, & removing/altering walls.
Will I be responsible to obtain my building permit?
No, we will handle obtaining any required permitting for the project.
